CommOut Media | 2010-present
I combined my business expertise in Business Strategy and Online Media to form CommOut Media. In this company, I work closely with clients to build their business and/or personal brands online. From marketing and brand development to community outreach, my team and I draft and help implement strategic plans that meet our clients’ goals. To the right is a video of a speech I delivered about How To WIN In Today’s New Media World.

brianrocha.tv | 2010-2012
I created brianrocha.tv in 2010. Initially, the online media hub served as my travel blog; over time it evolved into a resource that offered helpful travel suggestions to thousands of people preparing for trips to various cities around the world. Countries visited include: Portugal, Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Greece, Ireland, England, Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, and Brazil. The video to the right is a REEL featuring some of my most popular videos.

1 Life Fully Lived | 2011-2012
One of my greatest desires in life is to positively influence and inspire others. Coincidentally, a non-profit called 1 Life Fully Lived is dedicated to the same mission. Through my company, CommOut Media, I have had the pleasure of partnering with 1Life since 2011. I led a strategic marketing plan, wrote the business plan, and helped prepare for their annual conference. The video to the right provides an introduction to 1Life and its organizational goals.

the LOOP | 2012
Sustainability and environmental protection hold a special place in my heart; I love contributing to projects that are driven by these values. The LOOP–a collection of state-of-the-art green residential suites—is one such project. During the five months that I worked on this project, I provided strategic marketing / branding consulting and managed new leasing for the LOOP suites. The video to the right provides an overview of the LOOP project.

Jenneane’s on J | 2005-present
In 2005, I decided to help an incredible esthetician named Jenneane with the Business Acquisition, Marketing, & Business Development of Jenneane’s On J in Sacramento, CA. Jenneane also happens to be my amazing sister. If you would like to see what others have to say about Jenneane and her business, check out her outstanding Yelp Reviews. To the right is a video overview of her business (via brianrocha.tv).

Silvergreens | 2012
As a result of my prior contributions to the company (2003-2009), Silvergreens Restaurant & Catering reached out to me to express interest in my re-involvement. I had the pleasure of managing Silvergreens’ local community outreach while building strategic partnerships with local organizations / businesses to increase brand exposure for both parties through online media and local community events.
-
Silvergreens | 2003-2009
I worked full-time while attending the University of California, Santa Barbara in order to support myself. Beginning in my sophomore year, I started at Silvergreens as a Cashier and remained involved with the company for 6 1/2 years while I worked my way up to eventually becoming Director of Business Development and Part-Owner. I helped develop and later managed the implementation of the company’s expansion strategy, opening our second restaurant and catering location in downtown Santa Barbara. Silvergreens would not be what it is today without its incredible team.

Philanthropy
I am thrilled to be a member of Rotary International and the Rotary Club of Goleta in District 5240. A few other of my favorite organizations are: JDRF, American Heart Association and Prostate Cancer Foundation. Activities
My favorite sports to stay active are tennis, golf, bowling, snowboarding and trail running. While my professional schedule keeps me very busy, staying physically active and working out is an important aspect of my weekly routine. The video to the right is a day trip of snowboarding and wakeboarding in California – you gotta love California!
